  They have done a few things for us at our brewery for fit out including building and fittI go out the kitchen and offices, making the walls sanitary and fit for food production and changing the layout of the space. Great to work with, trustworthy, quick and would highly recommend.

• Full ground floor extension

  Iliyan and Radu stepped in to help us when another building firm a) failed to complete works to a reasonable standard, and b) left existing works needing remedial action. They were brilliant - super-punctual, quiet (to the extent that's possible!) efficient, tidy. The work is of a really high standard and Iliyan is particularly meticulous about doing things right, instead of cutting corners as we've witnessed before. The price was also reasonable. Strongly recommended.

  Absolutely terrible!!!! We were recommended these guys from friends who recently did their renovation close to us. The fact they were able to do everything in one go and they came round to do the quote quickly made us feel positive about the experience. We agreed on a price and the work to be done and had a date set. We had the whole kitchen delivered when they pushed the date back, then they pushed it again and a final time back another month! Then said they can’t do it and they feel the trust is lost from his side!!!! Don’t waste your time and get someone reliable! Shocking!

  Illiyan and his colleague were efficient in coming round to give a quote. My partner and I had lots of questions that they were happy to answer. My partner and I attempted to contact Illiyan and left several text and voice messages but no response. I am disappointed as we wanted them to carry out the works we had discussed but no correspondence, even as a matter of courtesy to explain either way if they could or not complete the works.

  Iliyan and Ivan have been excellent! We are very happy with the work they completed in our home. They completed all of the work in the agreed time frames, to a very high standard and also were very tidy throughout. They were friendly, professional and checked with us many times to ensure that our ideas were aligned with their work. We would fully recommend!

  I cannot recommend Rado and Iliyan highly enough. Brilliant from start to finish and exceeded our expectations. They overcame every obstacle (lack of rear access, deep pile foundations, difficult weather conditions and previous foundations to dig out) with good humour and determination and left the site clean / tidy every day and were careful not to annoy neighbours. We are thrilled with their work which was finished to an extremely high spec. They were easy to deal with and always did what they said they would, when they said they would and stuck to their (very reasonable) original quote throughout.
