• Flat roof replacement

  Ian came to view my leaking roof in Nov 23. Prognosis: It needed replacing. He showed me photos of where the water was coming in. However he was booked up until April 24. He said he could do a temporary repair that week - he did, no leaks after that. And as promised Ian came and replaced the roof, with a 10 year guarantee, this week. Ian is one of those rare human beings who actually do what they say they will do! Thank you Ian.

  Ian provided an excellent service and I am delighted with the result. The work was carried out swiftly, on time and to a very high standard. Ian is very knowledgeable and kept me up to date with progress and pointed out anything I needed to know. Ian offered advice on other roofing issues - including clambering about in my very messy loft - when asked, and I have asked him to quote for further work based on the excellent work carried out on renewing the fascias, gutterings and soffits.

  Ian and Chris arrived promptly, were friendly and courteous and mindful of not walking through the lounge with dirty boots. They worked non stop until the job was compete and tidied every bit away and took it with them. The flat roof looks so much better and the rooms beneath the flat roof are already so much warmer!

• Roof Leak and additional supports

  Ian has been to my property on a couple of occasions. Once to fix a leak and the other for some additional supports. Being an old house, I had concerns for a few timbers and their integrity. Ian assured me they were fine, but for my own reassurance, he has added one or two extra timbers to put my mind at ease. Ian’s rates are very reasonable, and I would 100% recommend him.
