The team all turned up on time, were very courteous and tidy and worked hard to install in a day and a half. We accepted the quote and the work was completed by Ian and Jay. I cannot praise these two gentleman's professionalism highly enough. They did their best and it was a fantastic job well done. Then Jamie followed up on the job being completed and checked in with us as to whether we were happy with the job, and yes off course we were very happy. We cannot speak highly enough of the exemplary service that we received from our initial meeting with Jamie to the completion of the job which was scheduled to be two days but was completed in a day and a half. I would have no hesitation in recommending Impact to any potential customers and would also add that in our initial meeting with Jamie he fully explained all options available to our requirements.
