    Rickie at Impact Design provided everything and more that we wanted in an architect in a very timely and professional manner. The drawings required for each stage to secure planning permission were to the highest of standards with everything running to time and without a hitch. In unchartered territory, Rickie guided us throughout the process and his advice went beyond expectation. He executed every part of the project in the timeframe that he said he would. His written and verbal communication skills are superb and we felt in very good hands. Would highly recommend

The detailed drawings helped the builders tender the project accurately and was able to stick to the budget.
