  Our ground floor conversion flat has two bedrooms with outside walls that were poorly insulated, resulting in cold walls and condensation problems, and some black mould had started to form. The team treated the mould with fungicide, then installed Sempatap Thermal on the affected walls, after which they applied lining paper. Joints were made good and the walls finished in emulsion paint. The team were pleasant, helpful and courteous throughout

  Indrit was in charge of renovating our flat (Victorian building), including changing the lay-out of the flat, creating a new kitchen / living room and two bathrooms. Indrit has been a great project manager, from the very start of the works. He provided advice and recommendations throughout the project, he is reliable, very responsive and, most importantly, always on top of every aspect of the project. He relies on carefully selected subcontractors with whom he has worked for years and who have delivered on time. I highly recommend INAR Contractors for renovation projects.

  After many months of searching to find a team we could entrust with extending our home into the garage, we finally found Indrit. They take great pride in their work, are trustworthy and strived to deliver exactly what we envisaged for the space, leaving us with an extended living room, study and shower room all finished to a high standard. They took care to explain what they were doing and why, coming back with ideas to overcome problems and quick to adapt to any changes requested. As a result, we are impressed enough to engage them again for future projects!
