Very common fault causing loss off hot water to Ideal Combis. I carry this part as stock 

Replacing these immersion heaters in an Unvented Cylinder in gave these tenants their hot water back. 

I’ve carried out a couple of repairs on this monster over last couple of years- most recently this immersion swap. You can see the size of it compared to a ‘normal’ heater 

Repairs 

A few examples of the numerous Timostat room thermostats installed into HMO properties to help the landlords keep control of the heating costs. Tenants can control heating to a set point by ‘boosting’

Thermostats/controls 

Lpg Baxi- this was part of a coach house conversion, and ready for second fix joinery- the kitchen was planned for full access to the zone valves for maintenance 

LPG Installations 

Worcester Bosch combi installed with Worcester filter, flue extensions and gas supply pipework upgrade 

This water heater had self destructed, and with the boiler not being great eithe￼r, the customer chose to upgrade to this Main combi with 5 year warranty. 

A particularly terrible photo of a great install- removing the old tanks and boiler to replace with this combi with flue through the roof. Gas meter was miles away so was upgraded throughout 

This regular boiler swap was an absolute pleasure- Worcester with manufacturers filter, gas upgrade, new condensate and a bit of bricking up.
