    I received a response quickly to my initial enquiry. I sent the window sizes and received a full quote and availability to carry out the work. I was given the name of the person carrying out the work and the time they would be there. They arrived on time, they were curious, took their shoes off, tidied up after. They carried out the work and I'm very pleased with the results. It is good to have a company that responds quickly to initial request and also comes back quickly with a price, and when the works will be carried out. Great communication.
