  Aaron is very professional, helpful and responsive. He goes out of his way to make sure you receive the best service. He responded to an emergency leak swiftly, which was a great relief as we were away at the time and sorted it effectively. He also provides before and after videos to show the work he has done. The work was also reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

  Aaron fixed our leak at the back of the loo. He responded quickly to the request for help, arrived promptly when arranged and kept me up to date with his timings etc. Problem was dealt with efficiently and after a week still perfect. Very polite and friendly.

• Tap replacement and leak advice

  Aaron responded to my listing within minutes and 5 hours later he was doing the job. He explained to me why the tap needed replacing and demonstrated on the old tap how it would have worsened otherwise. He was polite and clear in his explanations. He also stayed another 20 minutes at least to discuss the leak I have in another room and to explain the services his company could provide to help find the cause. Overall really impressed.

• Damp wall cause investigation

  Came very quickly, found the problem and with the professional report enabled me to brief the correct trade. This has turned out to be more cost effective than a plumber emergency rate.. the problem surprisingly was not a leaky pipe as initially suspected.
