10Verified ReviewAfter calling them at 9am and engineer was with us within the hour, they fixed our leaking boiler quickly and with no mess. The problem a faulty part was reported to the manufacturer. The engineer was polite and timely. And great communication all round. Fab service and we no longer have a soaking wet floor from the leak.

10Verified ReviewI had my boiler replaced by Instantheat after it sprung a yet another leak, I only wish I’d used them earlier, I have used several other plumbing contractors, these guys are a professional outfit. Fast communication and they attended the job promptly to make an initial assessment, they was able to show me exactly where the problem was rooted and give a breakdown of repair costs (which were reasonable), it made more sense to get a new boiler sourced, fitted and guaranteed by Instantheat. They even provided a temp fix till the new boiler was fitted a couple of days later 10/10 service

I decided to have a few old TVR's changed at the same time. Tom noticed a radiator had come away from the wall and rehung it. The team were professional, courteous and sociable. Thanks guys.
