  I am writing to express my satisfaction for the complete renovation services provided by Intelligent Maintenance for our apartment wich include ( pluming, flooring, heating, painting decoration, kitchen fitting, bedroom cabinets and hallway . I am thrilled with the outcome, from the initial consultation to the final touches, every step of the renovation process was executed with professionalism, precision, and a keen eye for detail.

  Exceptional Service,Work and a Great Team. My mother's boiler broke, leaving her cold and without hot water.We urgently called this company and their response was excellent.The entire process, from the initial call to the seamless boiler installation, was GREAT.The office team were excellent with everything organised quickly and smoothly and their engineers were excellent, they were punctual,polite, professional and leaving everything tidy.We were very impressed with their their high quality service and exceptional customer care. • Flat Renovation Project

  We contacted IM Docklands regarding a complete renovation project at our flat in Greenwich. This involved removing and installing new bathrooms and a new kitchen. Refinishing the wooden floors and a complete redecoration of the property. From the outset the communication from the team at IM was excellent. They created a WhatsApp group so that we were kept updated and could also have regular video conferencing. The quality of the workmanship, we found, was extremely high. We have had only a few minor snagging issues which were resolved straight away. I highly recommended IM Docklands.
