Unfortunately, he had not turned up, within the time scale he gave us, so we called him 45 minutes later. He apologised and said he had been held up at another job. Agreed to come the following day Sunday 21/01/24. Was disappointed that he did not contact us to let us know about the delay, which we would of understood, and we had to chase him up. He did turn up on the following day and completed the job as promised. Communication is vitally important when running a business.
