The team then worked hard to hit the tight deadlines in place, while keeping the quality of the job. We were very impressed throughout the job, so much so we have asked Intotheloft to come back for the next part of our project.

    This person came out to look at the work, checked the floor and lifted a very small section to see the problem. Said I needed a section of floor removed and replaced with new. Also quoted me for outside gullies. After I accepted the quote he never bothered to contact me again even after I reminded them.

Even when there were delays with building supplies, the communication was regular and good. Had a number of different people on site and all were pleasant and generally lovely and friendly. Would I use: 'Into The Loft' again? Without a doubt and in a heartbeat... In a world where companies do the minimum... 'Into The Loft' the standard in quality of workmanship and customer service went way above and beyond what was expected. Happy customer!

    Excellent service from start to finish. Turn up early every day and when finished for day left tidy. All work completed well within the time scale quoted. We had two chimneys removed, a wall between rooms removed and door blocked and new one created. Would be very happy to recommend them to others.
