    Rich was very polite and efficient. We spoke yesterday and he was here today to do the job. He knew exactly what was needed and I felt really comfortable with him carrying out the job. He and Nathan took the radiator off the wall, confirming what we needed doing before they started, and left the area neat and tidy after. Would fully recommend, and will personally be getting in touch if and when I need more work doing.
