  Phil, Tyler & Nicola were absolutely excellent from start to finish! I got a call from Phil within minutes of putting up my request via Checkatrade. He talked through the job, then sent a really well presented pack with all the information I could need about my potential order. When it came to installation, Phil & Tyler were spot on. They worked around me and my working from home requirements, and did an excellent job of keeping the place clean & tidy while working, both inside and out. Fantastic service from start to finish. Certainly recommended to friends and family.

  Phil and Nichola responded quickly ato our query about fitting AC as our heating system as we journey to a future with no gas. Our questions were all answered and the company wasa pleasure to work with as we agreed the spec for the job. We have a semi detached 1909 house with very hard engineering bricks. The team (Steve and Tyler) were great, tidied up really well - thanks Tyler - and explained how they were progressing each day. Steve's experience and manner gave us more confidence and we are very pleased with the result, we have not been so warm! We would definitely recommend this company.

  Fantastic company, glad I was recommended them. No sales pressure which is always good, answered all my initial questions I had and I was extremely pleased with the price, the installation of the outside unit and 2 internal units that double up as heaters (and way cheaper than running the gas central heating over this past winter). Even sent me a little reminder when the 1st service was due so as to keep my manufacturer's warranty live. A real pleasure to deal with all the staff there, they are polite, friendly, professional, and a perfect example of how a business should be run. Top marks!
