    Hassan and his assistant were initially very good. The bathroom was done well despite some unforseen extra works required. The trouble started once they had left and there was an unexplained leak coming from the toilet. Unknown at the time, a leak had begun further up the piping despite best efforts to check and locate it it remained flooding into the joists of the flat for quite some time. The result now is being checked by insurers but it is believed that the floor joists of the whole flat need to be replaced as they have been sitting in water for months.
