• Fault finding and new light socket

  Jesse rescued us at short notice on a fused spur that lost power. He came out promptly and got things back up and running again. He returned to fault find and installed a troublesome smart switch, making sure it was left safe and tidy. Would highly recommend!

  Jesse replied to my initial query promptly and helpfully. He was able to do the work with his assistant Sam within a good time frame and at a reasonable price. They arrived on time, kept me informed on the progress with the job/decisions to be made etc and were very courteous and tidy. Really happy with the overall experience and Jesse would be my ‘go to’ for any other electrical work. Would not hesitate to recommend.

• Fitting a built in oven

  We were delighted with the service we received from Jesse it was a pity his supplier let him down with the delivery of our oven. He persevered and found another supplier who delivered the good and he was able to complete the job and nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend JA Electrical services for any electrical work as you can rest assured it will be fitted correctly and a good service provided and the work carried out to a high standard. This company is definitely on my will use again list

• Finding and fixing a fault with our Electrics

  Jesse was great - called him out due to our electrics tripping multiple times. He ran through a few basic checks on the phone then came out to us as soon as he finished the job he was on. Kept us updated on his progress so we knew when to expect him…. I’ll add that this was overnight Saturday and into Sunday! He got to ours early Sunday, and thoroughly investigated, found the root of the issue (and uncovered something else we had no idea was going to cause an issue) and made good, all with a smile. Can highly recommend Jesse for any works you need.

• Replacing halogen down lighters with LED units

  We were replacing a large number of halogen lights with LEDs. Jesse made suggestions, including reducing the excessive number of fittings. He gave a clear quote, which he amended twice as we became clear what was needed. He patched holes were down lighters had been removed. He also fitted a separate a timer circuit give light to our houseplants. Most of all he listened, explained and kept us fully informed.
