8.75Verified ReviewJimmy James responded to our initial call in less than 24hours, and arranged to visit the following day. We received his quotation within hours of the visit. Throughout the contract, communication was easy, and his responses to messages were always very quick. The work was completed within the agreed period despite his concrete supplier’s failure to deliver at a critical point. There were a couple of issues at the end, but he dealt with these efficiently - visiting on a Saturday morning to resolve them to our satisfaction.
