  Spoke to Alex in the office and arranged for James to visit He arrived with samples and was very friendly and helpful with choosing the carpet. Zak and Jack laid the underlay and carpets. They were polite and helpful and after vacuuming left the flat in a lovely clean condition. I am very pleased with the result. James Carpets were recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely pass this on. I am planning to re-carpet the lounge and bedroom shortly and will use James Carpets again.

• Amazing service which was incredibly fast and efficient

  I needed a stair carpet at short notice. After phoning on a Monday morning, their representative came to measure up and offer matching samples within the hour. It was ordered and fitted by Wednesday lunchtime, two days ahead of time! Very reasonably priced as well. They could not have been more helpful.

  Very pleased with the work carried out had flooring laid in my living room, Andy who done the job was very professional and done a really good job also had a piece of carpet laid as an extra and this was done to a very high standard to, can highly recommended James carpets for outstanding workmanship.

  We chose James for carpets as my mum needed new carpet in the lounge, hall and bathroom of her flat. They had done work for other residents in the court, and they had expressed how good they were. We were not disappointed. From the first contact with the gentlemen in the office, to James coming out with samples and to measure up for a quote, and the young men laying the carpets, we were so impressed with the service. All of them were friendly and efficient. The carpets are very good quality and the price is very reasonable, we would highly recommend them.

  Very happy with the service from initial phone enquiry to fitting. Chosing a carpet from the comfort of our own home was a great experience, thank you James. The fitters arrived on time, were very professional,respectful,friendly,tidy and did an excellent job. Lovely quality carpet at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
