    Jack came round on time and did a fantastic job on the windows and conservatory. There was a lot of green on the window frames and conservatory but after Jack cleaned them they were perfect. Already booked for repeat visits.

    The work was completed as expected. However, my overall experience was disappointing. There was an issue that initially neither of us knew how to sort. When the issue remained, he offered to come back and take another look at it, free of charge. A date/time was agreed but an hour and a half after the expected time, I text to see if he was on his way and got no reply. The next day I chased it. I received a response saying he’d been busy, he has to come a long way, should be charging me and likely can’t fix it anyway. It felt like an imposition that was my fault. A real shame.

    Delighted with J and M. Very fast to respond to the job that was posted and swift to schedule it in. The work was done to a very high standard, with courtesy. In fact, we were so happy that we asked Jack to come back 2 days later to jet wash the patio and paths. Again, excellent work which has made such a difference. Recommended.
