• Repairs to leak in roof

  Last Monday we had rain coming through our roof. We contacted John who came out within the hour to see what was going on. The following day the repairs had been done. We have not had heavy rain since then but so for all appears to be well.

  It was great to have everything done by one firm in a very timely manner. John talked me through each stage so I knew what was happening. Shout out to Richard for all his hard work and his ability to remain polite and friendly in rain , wind and the freezing cold. Everything cleared away at the end of each day. I'm not a builder so can't judge the work but John personally signs a written guarantee for 15 years which gives peace of mind. Would definitely use again.

  We came back from a day out to find a roof tile fallen on the path and others waiting to fall. We used this site and John came back to us quickly and was round same day to take a look as he had a job in the area. Seems the roof we'd paid to be refurbished a year and a half ago had some issues... Down pipe wasn't secured properly and so had dislodged the tiles, they weren't fitted properly either, so an accident waiting to happen. We decided to go with John to repair the bodge-job and he sent round one of his team who sorted the lot out - professional, courteous and I would recommend.
