  Had a leak in our bathroom and believed it to be in the floor, this was discussed at in the inital call and we were quoted £700 plus vat for the job. on the day the leak wasnt under the floor as expected it was in the wall, the job took 4 hours maximum to complete and now still expects to be paid £210 and hour! claiming that its a set rate! i would avoid dealing with these as now because i chalanged him on the phone he will only speak to my wife, claiming i was rude, i wasnt just stated that £840 for 4 hours work is extortion, and that i was happy to pay what the job was worth, he hung up!
