Works not carried out according to work schedule Gave multiple excuses for why work not done as agreed Blamed me for "changing things" even though everything discussed and agreed Added surprise costs cos he'd misquoted and mishandled funds already given Took our money (over 50% of initial quote) and didn't do the work Demanded more money and when I refused, he left the project unfinished very shoddy workmanship.

    A tidy, friendly team who carried out the work in a manner which inspired confidence in the company. They tided up after they had completed every day. The only hiccup wasn't due to them but was caused by a third party sub contractor letting them down, they recovered well. Gave a believable timeframe for the works needed.

    Alex came out on time, to one of my commercial properties, that required extensive replacement work to suspended ceilings on 3 floors. He was professional and knowledeable. The quote provided was extremely comprehensive . As I had to provide the insurance company with 2 quotes, unfortunately, on this occasion, JAT Developments was not chosen. However, I would have absolutely no issues with using this company for any future work.

We at J.A.T Developments Limited are a father and Son family run building company.

We have 30 years of experience in the trade.

We are a turnkey operation from start to finish and cover all aspects of the trade. We have our own roofers, plumbers, joiners, kitchen fitters, tilers and we like to keep everything in house.

We build extensions to barn conversions, new builds, loft conversions, general building projects, steel works, general renovations, architects, and structural engineers.

We use our knowledge to give guidance to customers who are new to projects, we supply contract of works and payment schedules/weekly schedules.
