  Jay-Mar were subcontracted to do some work on our renovation- patching up where a chimney stack was and roofing our new garage. Generally pleased with their efficiency and workmanship - no complaints about their roofing abilities. Disappointed though to find spoil rubble filling the gutter where they'd been. No excuses for this - a pet hate of ours. Variable courtesy experienced, although they were hired for diplomacy. Overall I would recommend their services.

  Extremely happy!! Jay Mar were recommended to me and I will definitely recommend them to others. Being an ex roofer (due to back injury) I was always going to find it hard trusting someone else to do my roof. Jay Mar was definitely the right choice….. honest, prompt and very professional. Terry and his team worked their socks off, always leaving my home clean and tidy. Attention to detail and a great looking finished roof! Trusting Terry with my roof was definitely the right choice. Thank you!

  In January 2023, Terry came to see us to price a job. While here I showed him a patch of damp inside the house. Without thinking he had fetched his ladders from the van and was on the roof above the damp patch, assisted by one of the team he quickly patched the roof and re-arranged some tiles. The damp patch has since dried out based on the quick resolution provided by these helpful Gents. Terry has since quoted for the work and we are looking forward to working with the team again. We were gratefully surprised by the generous approach offered by Jay-Mar and strongly recommend.

  Cant fault Terry and his team. Always on time, tidy and courteous. Jaymar roofing have been EXCELLENT from start to finish. I cant recommend them enough. Brilliant, 5 stars!!!!

• A small rectification on a guttering job.

  This small rectification had been requested and agreed a while ago. After approx 2 weeks the company was called to ascertain the status of the rectification work. Multiple calls were made to the advertised numbers and no response was received. A response was eventually received when a different telephone originated the call. The man who answered the call proceeded to be extremely aggressive and foul mouthed, using a number of common swear words and shouting in a mildly hysterical way down the phone. All that was needed was some feedback about the rectification work. Disgraceful behaviour.

• Fixing a leak, refixing lead over gararge, re-bedding 3 verges to lower elevation

  Very professional from start to finish. Work carried out promptly and to a very high standard. Very competitive price and actually fixed one leak without charge! A genuinely nice team of people who did the work. I would highly reccommend Jay Mar Roofing Services to any of my friends and family.
