New boiler and radiators.

We have been in correspondence with JB Heating Services since February making sure they were the right company to undertake fitting our new boiler and radiators. There communication is exceptional both on WhatsApp and email. Its a big outlay and we had to make sure they were the right company for us so it took a little while to make the decision but we are so glad we did. The work was completed over three days to a very high standard. The two man team were courteous,efficient and tidied up after themselves. There were some challenges but they were very professional and overcame them.

New boiler fitted

Contacted JB thru Worcester Bosch website, price was the best we had , good service from start to finish, as well as photos sent they also sent the engineer to give us peace of mind that there would be no unexpected problems on the day of fitting. On the day of installation the engineer arrived on time and had the new boiler up and running by mid-afternoon then explained all the controls and how to operate via the app. Would highly recommend.

We had a major issue with 20 year old leaking boiler, JB Electrical were called through Checkatrade ratings, attended site promptly, made safe and quoted for different ranges of boilers from low - mid to top end ranges. Picked appropriate one for our business, booked in within 48 hours and job completed very professionally within 72 hours of first call. Office staff, engineer and assessor very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to call out again if required. Competitive price agreed and took advantage of 15% extra off the price if settled within 24hrs of invoice received.

Five year warrantees apply on all our new installation work (Labour and Materials), and where manufacturers warrantees apply (up to 10 years) for which we are accredited by including Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Gloworm and Vailant boilers.
