    Niall came and quoted a fair price for some tall conifers to be chopped in half at my elderly parent’s house. Once the quote was agreed, he arranged a date for the work to start that was convenient with my parents. The guys turned up on the agreed date and on time. They explained how they were gonna carry out the work. The job took two days and the site was left tidy and all debris removed. Parents were really happy with the work.

    We had Niall and the team in to cut a very large tree in the garden we moved to and they not only did a great job, removed all the rubbish and surplus stuff and cut the trunks into small logs for us but also advised on the right time of year to do this. Nice and polite and would definitely recommend JBL

Great care was taken not to damage anything and the guys explained how the whole process was going to be done. Japanese Knotweed

Here at JBL we provide Site Surveys to identify the extent of the Knotweed distribution, maturity and gather information require to produce a Management Plan.

Once instructed to proceed, JBL will take care of the entire operation, keeping you informed throughout the treatment process. Our work is guaranteed for 10 years and once the task is complete, we can also issue Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG).

If you are attempting to sell your property, you will need both a Knotweed Management Plan and an IBG to satisfy most UK lender’s, this will allow the sale or mortgage application to continue.
