  James and Jake did an outstanding job with our loft conversion and we could not have been happier with the result. They delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. They worked quietly and efficiently, kept us in the loop throughout and came up with helpful suggestions and solutions when key decisions needed to be made. Throughout the whole process it was clear they were committed to delivering a top class job and took obvious pride in the quality of their work. We were impressed with the professionalism they showed throughout. We have no hesitation giving them a 5 star review.

• Brand new dormer

  We had a leaky dormer that was incredibly drafty. They replaced it with a new insulated one and now the room is really warm and a great finish.. it is weathering the storms well. While they were here they were always courteous and kept tidy. They kept us updated on the work and timelines as well as any delays due to parts etc.

  Jake and James were great. They were here on time every day when they said they would be, tidied as they went, and every evening it was left in a tidy condition so I could take a peak at the progress. There were multiple times when they called me in to give me an option on how I would like it. Giving me options and the upside of both ways. They explained it in a way I could understand perfectly the quote was competitive and work was carried out to a high level, I will 100% use them in the future for future projects.   Our recent experience with JBN was incredibly positive. From the outset the guys were polite and super helpful in supporting us to scope the project, the quote was thorough and gave us a very clear picture on what was included and what was outside of scope. The quality of the finish has been amazing throughout and the other trades they used were of an equally high standard. They have been on hand throughout to answer any questions and easy any concerns, coming up with solutions to any issues that occurred during the project not caused by them. Would definitely use again in future.
