  Booked for before Christmas but postponed until after because of automotive accident. Returned from holiday to find boiler not firing up. Spoken with over the phone - told to remove condensate pipe to see if that cured the fault. It did, but it meant that we had a bowl catching water for 10 days until he returned to take a look. The pipe had been partially melted and was no longer flexible (too close to copper pipe being soldered during install?) Repair lasted two hours. Stopped answering my messages and never returned. Old flue pipe left in garden. Nice enough guy, but did not finish the job.

• Gas leak in the lounge - from ex gas fire

  Helped out massively when the gas was terminated, switched off completely due to safety issue, found and fixed (capped off) an internal pipe. Wasn’t difficult per se but courteous, professional and as I say got us out of a jam when no central heating. Saves the day, thank you .. asked immediately back to do our next boiler service, would highly recommend!!

  All work was carried out in a timely and tidy manner. There was a manufacturer problem with the boiler but Jordan kept on top of this until the Worcester engineer fixed it. I would recommend JB Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again.

  Our boiler was struggling to keep the water hot, especially during showers. I was given a quote and compare between fixing old shower or getting new and it was explained clearly what the issue was. After a few bits was repaired, the problem was sorted and I am very happy with the service! Will recommend them to friends and family!

  Prior to having this job done, Jordan installed new thermostatic valves to all radiators in the property and installed a new shower in our flat, which was excellent work. He was efficient, respectful and tidy, and at every stage from quote to completion of the work, Jordan kept me informed and reassured me of the work necessary to be undertaken. Our boiler went kaput over the bank holiday weekend and Jordan came straight back to me and quoted for the works needed, which was a new thermostat. He undertook the work the next day, with the same efficiency and diligence as before. Thank you!
