  James is a good guy. Our roof replacement took a while, and removing the old roof created a lot of debris, but James and his team cleaned up and did an excellent job installing the new roof. Easy to deal with and honourable. Highly recommended.

  Leak on a dormer roof. James was very polite; he was quick to respond initially and this continued through the quote and the work done. We had 6 quotes and were impressed with James' professionalism and quote breakdown. The workmen were all polite and tidy and explained what they were doing. It has rained since the repair and all seems well.

  Came to inspect roof within 24 hrs of my enquiry. Recommended removal of chimney, installed new battens, new felt and roof tiles. After further inspection, recommended repointing hip tiles, cleaning and inspection of valleys. Work subsequently completed to agreed price and schedule. Good communications regarding defining work to be done, timing of work and management of scaffolder. Procured materials and disposed of waste promptly and efficiently.
