  James responded within half an hour of us posting the job which was to restore power after a flood caused by a high tide. Over two half days James replaced all of the sockets downstairs, tested the system and advised about damaged white goods. I would thoroughly recommend James as a considerate individual.

• Fitting LED kitchen downlights

  He was professional and very knowledgeable. Communicated well and got us the led lights we wanted for our kitchen. On the day he arrived on time, installed the 10 led lights into existing recessed holes and another led light that we brought online. James did a really good job and would highly recommend.

  James surveyed the job, provided a clear quote and explained what the work would involve. James completed the works in good time, working around the floor laying by another contractor, and left the space clean and tidy. James explained at every step, completed the necessary inspections and certification. The system works well and we now have a warm hallway! Thoroughly recommend James for any electrical works.

  James was professional and courteous at all times. My original request was for advice on earth bonding of a gas meter. James was highly knowledgably and provided advice and support on this topic. He arranged his work at short notice to meet a time line to work around different contractors to keep a project on track. Subsequently he installed 4 new light fittings to replace existing fittings, changed a lighting pendant to a bayonet fitting and replaced a plug socket which was broken. I would highly recommend James.

  This is the second time I have used JBW Electrical Services! James fitted an outdoor light on first visit which I was extremely pleased with! So contacted him again to fit a new consumer box and outdoor socket…. Again works were carried out to a very high standard. I have taken the time to write this review because I received outstanding service through out! James was punctual, worked in a clean and tidy manner and communicated every step of the way! Price was competitive too! I highly recommend!
