    Contacted John with details of job . Despite a reply informing me that he would be in touch to come and see what was needed , no further contact was forthcoming . A follow up message from myself was also unanswered .

  • Lift floor boards in kitchen

    I needed floor boards lifted and kitchen cupboard removed to give access for a plumber to fix a major . John called round same day and liaised with the plumber . Leak was sorted quickly and John helped clear sludge below floor level .. he later came back and re laid floor boards and re built cupboard recycling materials where possible

    Honestly we cannot praise John enough for everything he has done for us. We had a fitter booked for months but at the last minute he let us down. So we turned to checkatrade. John came out to us within a hour of contacting us and in minutes he was on the ball, putting the first unit in. Right away we just knew he was so skilled in his job. His attention to detail was brilliant and he suggested changes to our plan which work a treat. He went above and beyond for us. His communication was great and you just knew he wanted to help. A lovely, lovely man at heart too. We couldn't be happier.

    The joiner was very nice and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He got on with the job and it was done very well with no problems. The job wasn’t not straight forward as the items were being fixed to stud walls but he knew exactly what was needed. Very pleasant and professional. I hope if there are is anymore joinery work needed that he will be available.

At JC Joinery Services we endeavour to make our client's home improvements as fuss free as possible, with a friendly and helpful atmosphere. We undertake all aspects of work, from fixing a sticky door or the addition of a new extension to your home.

I served my joinery apprenticeship with Peter Kelly & RG homes small companies that gave me a great understanding of the complete building process.

Over the years, I have built up a working relationship with other tradesmen including roofers, builders, decorators, plumbers, tilers, plasterers and electricians. I also enjoy a good working relationship with firms of Architects and Structural Engineers. As a result, you have the assurance your project however large or small will be completed with efficiency and professionalism.  

Home improvements can feel like a major step, we understand that. Our promise is to endeavour to make a pleasurable fuss free experience not an upheaval.

I have in my career diversified away from joinery and have managed sites for some of the UK's biggest house builders having overall control and overseeing the build of in excess of 1000 properties.

JC Joinery is built on hard work, fair dealings with clients and other trades as well as our suppliers and other contractors. Above all maintaining our good name within the sector.
