    James did a fantastic job! The quality of the work demonstrated that he is very experienced in his trade. He completed the work to a high standard and was extremely efficient.   • Carpet burn from hot iron

    The proprietor James alerted me he was on his way and arrived within the expected time frame. He was shown the area of damaged carpet and used a remnant that I had made into a runner as the donor. He explained what he was going to do. He started and finished the repair within 20 minutes. The repair looks good and will no doubt "weather" and match the surrounding carpet. James provided advice on aftercare and future carpet wash cleaning of the repair. Well pleased.
