  • A nightmare drain blockage on the eve of Bank Holidays

    Jack, our drainage engineer arrived very swiftly the late afternoon just before Easter bank holidays were about to begin, when we had just discovered to our horror that the blockage was worse than before the previous local company had tried to fix it. It turned out to be a very complicated and extensive job, which at times we began to despair over, but Jack managed to get it fixed in the end to our massive relief and was kind and cheerful throughout. Warmly recommended.
