  Very polite and courteous, we had a tricky bathroom layout including removing piping and all old water systems. Jimmy was very helpful in explaining what he was doing regarding the works. We are so happy with our finished product and the tiling looks amazing. We defiantly would recommend. Hes also coming back to do other work for us.

  Jimmy from J.E.M. Installations provided a first class service in installing my dream bathroom for a very fair price. Communication was excellent prior to and throughout the job and after explaining the sort of bathroom I wanted, Jimmy was able to source the bath, sink etc needed, continually checking that I was happy. Jimmy built a bath panel from scratch when a suitable one couldn't be found. The job was completed to a very high standard and the finish was perfect including where other trades were brought in. I would highly recommend J.E.M. Installations to anyone.

  We had a lot of confidence in Jimmy straight away from when he came to give us an initial quote for the work we required doing. Compared to other quotes we received he ticked all the boxes in terms of ability; friendliness and price. We are very satisfied with the work Jimmy has done on our bathroom. He pays close attention to detail and that really shows in the final results as the tiles in our new shower unit look great. Would highly recommend Jimmy and would definitely use him again for any future work.

  Jim works to the very highest standard and is incredibly skilled. He completely transformed my old tired bathroom in to my dream bathroom. He built a walk in shower (which drains beautifully), fitted all new sanitary ware and did a perfect tiling job on both the walls and floors. Great at advising and consulting, he ensured that I was happy with everything as the job progressed and didn't cut corners. I chose some tricky materials to work with but he patiently made sure everything was finished perfectly. He was also punctual and friendly which is a bonus. I would definitely recommend him.
