  • Blocked sewer

    We had a blocked sewer which I discovered when it overflowed the manholes on the drive and in the garden. Grim! James at Jet2it was round within a couple of hours, quickly found the problem and sorted it out. He then jetted the sewer from the drain to the street, clearing any residual issues. He washed down the whole area and provided advice on how to avoid repeats. Very professional, competent, efficient and cheerful. I can't express how much of a relief this was with five in the family and a mountain of washing. Thanks very much James.

    A remarkable work carried out. Incredibly prompt - arrived 25 mins after my call (on a Sunday afternoon). Hugely professional - unblocked the drain quickly and then used a camera to show the state of the drain (a stone was found to be blocking it - which he removed). He was then kind enough to clean the drains and surrounding area. A very fair price too. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - very polite and kind.
