  In an age when it seems more and more difficult to find good service Joseph and his team at JFM Rooflines Ltd were fantastic. Honest, hardworking, great communication, knowledgeable, came when they said they'd come, did exactly what they said they'd do. Definitely a company to keep in the contact book of builders to use again for any roofing problems. I can't recommend them highly enough.

• Removal of a domestic chimney above the roof, so down to below roof level. Full repair of the area.

  After a telephone conversation a fitter came to my home to assess the work needed to prepare and carry out the removal / repair, and a quote given. Work was done a few days later, completely to my satisfaction.

  I'd highly recommend Jfm roofline. They replaced the roof on our 1920's detached house. We found them to be a professional hard working team. They listened to and followed our instructions. They left the site safe and tidy each day. They were easy to work with. They often worked late to make up for wet weather conditions They give us a 10 year guarantee on completion. We had a subsequent leak where they worked above and beyond to locate it in the chimney, not their roof work, and fixed it successfully. Definitely worth giving them a call.

  Joe replaced the roof about 4 years' ago. During the gales a couple of the edging tiles were blown off. Joe came a couple of days after I telephoned him to do the job. As usual, Joe and his team did a very quick and professional job. I would recommend him for roof repairs or replacements

• Slate roof repair and guttering repair

  Thanks so much guys for your quick work to fix some slipped slates and a guttering issue as well as taking the time to talk me through it and give really helpful advice on the feasibility of further work. The guys were very responsive and friendly, costs were clearly explained and competitive with other firms, they left a tidy site at the end and evidenced that the work had been done to a high standard. I'll definitely be using them again in future.
