  I was so lucky to pick Jim's property maintaince to repair my conservatory after being let down 3x by other firms. They came early and tried there best to repair the gutter and after alot of thought.I was delighted it was fixed the very same day they came out after weeks of me worrying over the gutter. I would deffitnley recommend as they were polite and helpful and I love forward to using them for the next job I will need doing. Special praise goes to the man who came to do my gutter. Thankyou again.

  Turned up slightly early which was great. He replaced one gutter on first floor and realigned the existing ground floor one and an additional bracket added. We were a bit desperate as we had water dripping into the house when it rained and James was available on the day whereas others weren't. I looked around at prices after and it seems we paid almost twice as much but we needed someone quickly and he seems to have done a good job. He offered a 5 year guarantee on the work done.
