Replace roof
10Verified ReviewOur neighbours roof was related by JJ Brophy a couple of years ago and they are very pleased with the result so I decided to contract JJ Brophy to do the work. Despite setbacks due to the weather the work was completed efficiently and tidily. I would happily recommend them if asked.

10Verified ReviewWONDERFUL!! I cannot say enough good things about Justin and team. Job started and finished exactly when he said he would, even though he started in March 2024 when we had so much rain - he kept to his word. Justin went above and beyond with touching up paint work in hard to reach areas whilst the scaffolding was up. He asked before replacing items, ie collapsed guttering when removing the old roof. The extra work was at a reasonable cost. I was pleased he did not leave anything that needed sorting. Great communication throughout and was always on time. Would highly recommend.

10Verified ReviewWe needed work done on our parapet roof that was causing a leak, particularly with all the awful weather we had in the autumn. The team came over and we're polite and got on with the job! We also had a flat roof repair which also saved a leak in the garage, and after they left we spotted that they had also filled in a crack that was appearing under our window! The work was really well done and looks good. We were given a really reasonable quote and communication was great over email. Would recommend!

Established in 1989, JJ Brophy Roofing & Building Ltd, now in its third generation, operates throughout the local area of South West Devon.
We specialise in Flat, slate, tile and fibreglass roofing, Renovations, Roofing & Building, Conversions, Alterations, Property Maintenance.

I have had the experience of working on an array of projects ranging from a small roof repair to vast, technical, high profile properties. Interesting jobs have involved; working on historic properties such as churches and stately homes and large, private residential homes of high value.

The majority of our work has led to specialising in, high performance flat roofing, fibre glass roofing, lead work, slate and tile pitch roofs, chimney and parapet refurbishments.
