  I called jack out as an emergency as my floor was wet underneath the radiator turns out a copper pipe had burst he resolved the issue within the hour and he charged a reasonable price

  Jack is a very professional and trustworthy person. Quote was competitive and the jobs were done within the quoted price -- no scope creep. After the jobs were done he volunteered to take away all the rubbish to be disposed, which I found unique. Now the best part, which I value the most -- continued exceptional customer service even after payment. There was a slow leak detected and he was back within a couple of hours to fix it and refused to accept an extra tip I wanted to give. Also promised a full year of guarantee. I would not hesitate to use him again.

  Was able to speak to the work man Jack, who advised me to send video of the problem, which made it easier for him to see what needed to be done. After receiving the video he contacted me and explained what the situation was, and whether I wanted to proceed with the Job.? Date and time set, and if the time changed he would keep me updated. True to his words, he contacted me with an earlier time than estimated, and came on time. Work was completed. With all my questions with reference to the job, and not at anytime did he not explained what was being done. So thank you once again Jack.
