  Andy was amazing he corrected work a cowboy had done on our roof, he showed empathy and concern for me as I was very distressed about the situation my roof was in, he fixed the roof and was very quick, kind and great workmanship highly recommend him

• Replacement of Flat Roof - Happy with work, BUT ....

  Came quickly and said they could do the job the same afternoon. Seem to have done an excellent job of replacing our flat roof in a matter of hours. Did a great job of tidying up and took all rubbish away with them. Would have been happy to use again and recommend to others. However, couldn't provide a receipt (for a substantial amount of money) on the day as he told us his receipt book was in his other van. Promised to drop it off next day but didn't. Made further promises but 3 weeks, a phone call and several reminder texts later, we are still waiting. Unprofessional so wouldn't use again.

• Replaced some roof slates that had slipped

  Andy was very punctual and came out very quickly. Anither roofer basixalky said he coukdnt do it and one didnt show up ! Andy was very knowledge and knew hes stuff (compared with some roofers Ive experienced) very happy with the work and information he provided free of charge re some ongoing issues I have had with previous work done wrong. Much appreciated would definitely recommend and use again.

  Andy and his team removed the existing roof and replaced the whole new roof within 2 days. Andy was great at replying to texts and calls, and reassured queries quickly. His team were friendly, polite, and efficient. They removed all rubbish as they worked. Andy definitely went the extra mile, I would recommend him highly for any roofing jobs. He also replaced my guttering. Thank you so much Andy, you did a wonderful job.

• Two new chimney pots needed to be added to my rebuilt chimney stack

  Andy listened to what the job was, gave me a fixed price, arrived as he said he would and was quick and efficient, no fuss, no bother...he even brought his own water for the cement! So, following a period of being hassled by the local Council for a lack of pots on my grade two listed terraced cottage, after having my chimney stack rebuilt and capped last year, I am now sorted...big thanks to Andy, I'll keep his contact number and wouldn't hesitate to pass it on to anyone I know needing any roofing help.
