    Kris responded promptly to the initial inquiry as listed on Checkatrade. He arrived promptly the date and time agreed. And undertook a comprehensive inspection of the entire apartments electrics and the electrics impacted by the leak. He submitted his assessment, quotation to rectify the damage and invoice within the week. Overall a great experience!

    I managed to book an appointment at very short notice. J&K electrical (Chris) were on time as agreed and carried out inspection/testing of the electrical installation as my mom had just bought the property. Findings were discussed on site as results were coming out. Report was ready a day after as per conversation during the inspection. I would use their service again in the future if it was needed to do so.

    Kris did find a couple of things wrong, but when he showed me they were obviously wrong and needed fixing to comply. Wired in smoke alarm was also past it's recommended life expectancy as noted by Kris and was replaced at my request. Definitely keeping this guys number in case he's needed again.
