    We noticed a lot water under the lino in the downstairs WC, which had reached the hall carpet. JL contacted us as soon as we posted the ad at 22:00 and were with us at 08:00 the next morning. They located the source of the leaks and fixed them within 2 hours. Very friendly/polite and tidy service.

    This guy was supposed to have come yesterday. I did ring him and he said he would get back to me in 15 minutes. So an hour later I rang him and he said can we make it Thursday 1st job at 09.30. Did he turn up a BIG FAT NO. No explanation nothing heard back. He should not be on CheckaTrade

    I regret that I requested them to fix my boiler yesterday 09/04/24 afternoon, They were meant to be visiting the premises within half an hour, instead, I got a call and was informed there would be an hour delay, after hour again call would be delayed one more hour, third time call and informed they could not make it for the day, Next day noon 10/04/24 One person visits the premises, quote £240, and hour after one hour £90, I have informed that person if you cannot be fixed in an hour, please let me know so I can inform my superior of the extra cost, What they
