New Boiler
10We had a great experience with John from JLM when our boiler broke down. We had 3 plumbers out all telling us different things.. John was fab! Explained what was wrong.. showed us the parts that were faulty and advised that a new boiler would give us a long guarantee. Couldn’t recommend him enough.. tidy.. polite.. did what he said he would.. Thanks John and Team! Not many tradesmen like you!!

JLM is run by John, a gas safe engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the plumbing and heating industry. The name JLM stands for John and his two sons Lenny and Michael who hope to take over the business one day. Johns father is also a gas engineer and plumber, and his grandfather before that.. it’s just in their blood!
Having worked on some of the biggest councils in the London borough, John prides himself on great customer satisfaction, and offers a wealth of knowledge on every aspect of plumbing and heating.
From boiler services, repairs and installations, to landlord safety certificates, gas fire checks and cooker connections.
John is also a fully qualified plumber undertaking everything from full bathroom refits, general leaks and repairs, to installation of kitchen appliances such as dishwashers, sinks, washing machines, gas cookers and hobs.
