  James is a very professional and thorough heating specialist. I received a prompt initial response and communication was good throughout. 2 visits were required for my job and James arrived punctually and worked quickly, professionally and tidily on both occasions. A really nice man who couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Pricing was also reasonable. I’ll definitely be contacting him again for my annual boiler service in a few months.

  I initially booked James for boiler service but when he arrived I mentioned a hot water issue and he kindly went and picked up a part needed and sorted it at the same time so I didn’t have to re-book. Really quick and explained the issue to me etc. Would recommend!
