  Joe was very helpful at quotation stage and able to give me details/specs on the replacement window (given that mine was so very old) which gave me peace of mind I was getting what I had wanted. On the day, they arrived on time and were respectful of me and my property taking care to lay sheets, move bins etc They worked hard all day (it was a cold one), cleaned up and checked I was happy before leaving. Joe also checked in a few days later to make sure I was happy too
