Skimming of bathroom Ceiling

Jordan came around to look at job and give me a quote, I went back to Jordan to confirm he could do the work and he completely ignored me and would not return my phone calls!! I then used someone else but its just having a bit of courtesy if Jordan no longer wanted to do the job then tell me rather then completely ignoring me!! NEVER USE AGAIN
