He explained everything and even rectified a couple of issues that the installer had made a mistake with. I can highly recommend him and will be getting him back next year for the annual service. 10Verified ReviewJohn Harris responded to the post within an hour. A little tricky initially but did a great job repairing the condense pipe leak and reducing our very annoying vibrating pipework. Overall John was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again. Many thanks John.

10John was really helpful throughout the install, always polite and has done an extremely neat job. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Once he finished the install of our new cylinder and came to test, we realised that our (very old!) boiler wasn’t working correctly. John went the extra mile to reschedule and fit me in for a boiler install quickly so we wouldn’t be without heat and hot water which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend.
