  Very pleased with the renovations: new loft insulation, new garage roof, completely re-modelled utility room with new insulated roof with fakro skylight windows and insulated flooring and new insulated inner wall and new bench, painting and decorating inside/outside, storm cream applied to external render works brilliantly at repelling rain,repointing/repairing brickwork, new hallway ceiling. Couldn’t be happier with improvements to bungalow.

• Repairs and consolidation of outer brickwork to stop water ingress

  Serious leaks with water ingress into my lounge through a bay window ceiling, the water was running through during bad weather but the roof was intact. I needed John to assess the issue and find suitable ways to correct the problem and repair damage. John did a very neat job inserting new drip trays and replacing brickwork and weep vents throughout. Always polite, on-time. One of the few contractors who came out within 24 hours of my call and tried to fit me in as soon as possible. I also asked him to apply Storm Dry to the front of the property. John and his team work hard & keep to price.

  John and his work partner Paul were really excellent. They quoted promptly, fitted me in as soon as they could and did the work in two stages, one week after another. They were friendly and polite, and their work was exemplary, at all times neat and tidy, covering as much as they could to keep the dust off. Plastering and carpentry to make good were perfect .... really impossible to tell it hasn't always been that way.

  Have had John do a lot of building and decorating jobs now. He is a gentle thoughtful master tradesman of the old school. Wouldn't have anyone else. Job involved stripping off 4 layers of old paper and dealing with a damp problem. Making good plasterwork in a very old house leaving great surfaces too.

Everything was completed to a very high standard, and they went above and beyond expectation. They worked hard with great skill, and I would highly recommend them for any building project.
