• Vent removal, Damp check and some repairs

  Richard investigated the source of some damp, removed sodden insulation and repaired the cause. We needed a old room vent removed and bricked up, along with proper repairs where old pipework had been removed previously. All was completed very competently, with no mess left. Looks great and smart now. Richard spent time explaining wall ties when we asked about repointing some gaps. Honourably he didn't just agree, but let us know that we needed a proper fix rather than just plugging the gaps. It's great to meet someone interested in the right fix, not just money in their pocket.

• Brickwork re-pointing

Real professional job done by experienced tradesmen who respected the property, always left the property clean and tidy.   Joint to joint dealt with the scaffolding and all works were completed without any inconvenience. They used dust extractors which made the work very clean and minimal mess. I’m very happy with the workmanship and all work carried out.

• Re-pointing walls and chimneys

  An excellent job, from coming to give us a quote right through to completion. Both Richard and Paul obviously both enjoy their work and work to a very high standard. They were friendly, courteous and professional, we just felt confident and comfortable with them working on our property. There was extra work needed on the two chimneys, they photographed them, explained exactly what they advised doing and gave us an acceptable price, which was honest and not exorbitant! We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
