I had shut my boiler down as it made an ominous rumbling sound and called Jon the next morning. Within 3 hours of calling Jon had fixed the problem (which turned out to be that it had filled with angle grinder dust, my bad) and performed a service. Very nice chap with exceptional service. I could not recommend more highly.
