  Pat was very friendly & courteous throughout our communication; it took longer for him to start work due to weather delays, however, once started he kept us updated with progress and timescales, and the job was completed in a timely manner. He was particularly helpful in advising us of work he recommended we needed and gave us the options in a non-pressurised manner. Pat ensured the safety and tidiness of the site at the end of each day. The work appears to be done to a high standard (although I am not an expert!). I was always comfotable with him working with just me & the kids home. Thanks!

• Emergency roof repair

  Pat came to me (via a very positive recommendation from another trusted workman) to sort out a botched up job started and left uncompleted by someone not so decent. Although busy he managed to fit my job in by coming early on a Saturday morning a few days after viewing the problem. Pat is honest, reliable, competent and personable. He works quietly and efficiently. I also especially appreciated his advice to not go ahead with another aspect of roof repair as the overall benefit would not justify the expense of scaffolding required. I am more than happy to recommend his services.

• Rebuilding flat attic dormer roof

  Urgent repair work was needed due to storm damage resulting in rain water leaking in and both ceiling and spotlights coming down !We were really impressed by this company, working in extreme weather conditions. Temperatures were below freezing. Communication and reliability were excellent from start to finish. The problem solutions were thoroughly explained and evidence by photographs were taken from the roof and sent to us. No pressure was put on us at any time to do unnecessary work. The knowledge and skills of the company was extensive. Time keeping and communication were really impressive.

• Roof Replacement

  We have used Patrick in the past for a number of jobs but this roof replacement was his biggest job so far for us. He initially gave us an estimate of the total cost and completed it within those parameters. He kept us informed throughout the whole 6 week job. He was always punctual during that period and, as mentioned, kept us informed (with pictures) of his progress. Overall, I would totally recommend him and no doubt will be using him again, as necessary.
